Thank you for joining us and agreeing to let us interview you guys. In what I think would be a successful first season finishing the NPSL season with (7 Wins 2 Losses and 3 Ties) getting to the playoffs in your first season and losing to AFC Ann Arbor in the Semi-Finals what are some of the goals you as a club are wanting to achieve this season?

Thank you for having us on! Given how everything came together within three months for us, we were thrilled with the progress that our players made on the pitch. Of course, we are looking forward to continuing our team’s success on the pitch this year. Image may contain: 1 person, playing a sport and outdoorHowever, as a business we are really excited to have the time to begin working through some of the ideas that we developed in year one. A perfect example of this is our new Youth Soccer Ticket Match Program. By providing free tickets to these players, we hope that we are able to inspire the next generation of players in Northeast Ohio.


How has the fan support helped Cleveland SC? Are there any Supporters Club you want to give a shout out to or any new ones coming?

In 2019, it should really go without saying that soccer without supporters is nothing. Image may contain: 3 people, people playing sports and outdoorEspecially in my position with the club, I really appreciate everything that the guys in Sixth City Syndicate have done to help get the word out about us. They were there with us from day one and really set the tone for last season’s games. Every single one of those guys has been there to help us whenever it was needed.


What was the overall attendance for the 2018 Inaugural season, how are you guys looking to grow the fan experience?

  In our first season as a club, we were able to sell about 1,200 tickets across all competitions. I’d be lying if I said that I didn’t want more. Early sales numbers for 2019 are looking great and we think that we are in for massive growth this season.


Will Vince McKee be returning to the broadcast booth for this season? I know when we tuned into Mycujoo it felt like a quality production with him in the booth.

  Vince will absolutely be back in the booth this year. I’ve worked with him in a variety of capacities over the past few years, and he’s a true pro. We are looking forward to having him back with our production team this season.


How has the NPSL been as a league to support the club? What are some of the examples they have helped you with?

 No photo description available. The league has been great to work with so far. While everything on the field is super competitive, the league itself is set up more like a partnership between the teams. We are always able to call or email another team if we want to run some ideas by them, that offer stands for anyone that contacts us as well.


What sponsors are you looking forward to working with this 2019 Season?

  Even though we had to form everything quickly in 2018, we were able to build some great relationships with companies around Cleveland. Image may contain: text
Fans will see many of the same brands back for the 2019 season. These brands believe in supporting the growth of the sport in the greater Cleveland area and we are grateful to be able to work with big local brands like CLE Clothing Company and Platform Brewing Company. We are always discussing other partnerships and fans will have to wait and see who else will be joining the family this year.


What are some of the things you would want the supporters of Cleveland SC to know?

More than anything, I want to say thank you to every single person that is supporting what we are building with this club.
